Ain't grandkids great
Matt and Amanda have blessed us with two wonderful little ladies in 2014 and 2016 who were a joy in the eyes of Peggy and me. They live in Chicago but spend a lot of time in Florida in the winter where they have a vacation home and the rest of the year they spend time in Northwestern driftless Illinois near Galena. They have purchased a small farm of 40 acres with a 3-bedroom farmhouse and an acre and a half pond with fish. It just so happens that the farm is about 2 miles from where my mother was born in 1912. It is a wonderful area for the girls to experience being outside in the elements and appreciating the joys of outside activities. Peggy would be very happy with our little ladies.
